About Me – Patricia Williams

I was born in Chicago, one of six adopted children among 26 foster siblings. Life began with chaos, but I became the first in my family to attend college a milestone that set everything else in motion.

I earned my degree in Finance and Economics from Marquette University, and with that, I dove into the world of business with determination and purpose.

For over 15 years, I worked across senior financial roles, leading M&A, turnarounds, and international growth strategies. I served as CFO of North America IT Solutions, among other roles, and had the privilege of leading transactions totaling more than $17 billion.

My career taught me how to build, restructure, and lead with both data and instinct. After stepping away to volunteer in the Middle East, I returned with new energy and perspective, taking on advisory roles in hedge funds, family offices, and private equity.

I co-founded Ceres Capital Partners in 2018 and later led operations at Webbs Hill Partners. I held board and executive positions at several innovative companies from helping Sphere 3D shift to sustainable bitcoin mining, to guiding.

Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp through its public merger. These chapters defined my professional legacy, but they were never the end of my curiosity.
